Little Book of Letterpress

I was in Beacon Hill yesterday to pick up my holiday cards and gift wrap at Rugg Road Paper Company, a lovely paper store that has been around for some 16 years. I also stopped by Black Ink to do some shopping. They have a small section in the back with stationery items and letterpress cards from selected companies. They also had the Little Book of Letterpress, which I have been meaning to get! I came right home and plopped into bed with the book, sifting through the pages in amazement. Many of the printers were very familiar to me but I did find some new and exciting names in the book. It's like a phone book for up-and-coming letterpress printers, what a great resource. And it's just the cutest darn book, don't you think?
